It's nice to meet you!
I am a Holistic Life and Mindfulness coach, Montessori educator, and former hair stylist. I’m Canadian who recently moved to Florida U.S.A. with my husband, our two teens, and our Frenchie dog, Oreo. I enjoy family time, cooking, thrifting, crafts, organising, decorating, DIYs, beauty, and fashion. Self-care is a must for maintaining my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I'm a Virgo, and I enjoy learning about astrology, human behaviour, and expressing myself through creative writing.

I have moved home 14 times in my life so far! Flipping houses somehow became a part of our family's journey. I'm a multi-passionate person! At some point or another on our parenting journey, we find ourselves questioning and reflecting on what we want from life, for our family, and why we want it. I can relate; this is where I have been myself!

After the birth of my children, I suffered three bouts of postpartum depression and anxiety. I was engulfed in a whirlwind of confusion and fear. It was then that I embarked on the path of self-discovery. It marked the beginning of a journey back to my true self. I didn't want to pass down my trauma to my children. There was much work to be done, and I had a fierce determination to uncover my truth. I knew there must be a way to find peace and contentment, especially in my everyday life. Holistic living and Montessori gave me that contentment. They made a significant impact on my personal journey as well as on my family forever!

Throughout my life, I have had the honour of getting to know women and children on a profound level. I have listened, observed, and guided with the utmost attentiveness, understanding, and encouragement. My business reflects my most authentic self, as it encompasses my personal, professional, and life experiences. I would love to share it so that you may embrace your motherhood journey with less doubt and more ease!
